Masseria Torre Bianca

Masseria Torre Bianca stands on a gently elevated plateau above Ostuni, the so-called 'White City', surrounded by some of the oldest olive trees in Europe — many of them centuries old. The masseria itself dates to 1740 and has been sympathetically converted retaining all its original architectural integrity.

The five bedroom suites are distributed between the main farmhouse and two renovated trulli — the iconic conical-roofed structures that are synonymous with the Valle d'Itria. A third trullo serves as a reading room and private spa. The outdoor spaces are extraordinary: a heated pool surrounded by dry-stone walls, a traditional fornello for outdoor cooking, and shaded dining terraces under ancient olive canopies.

The estate produces certified organic olive oil with an existing commercial licence. Current production yields approximately 600 litres annually — providing both a valuable income stream and a personal supply of exceptional quality oil.
