Villa La Pergola sits at the heart of the Chianti Classico wine country, surrounded by its own working vineyard and ancient olive groves. The main farmhouse, dating to the 1580s, has been comprehensively restored by a renowned Florentine architect — every original stone, beam and terracotta floor has been preserved and enhanced with discreet modern systems.

The principal living spaces are generous and light-filled, opening through grand French doors onto a south-facing loggia with views across the valley. The kitchen is professional grade, with a wood-fired oven and hand-painted majolica tiles sourced from a local artisan. Six bedroom suites each have their own character, and the guest house provides independent accommodation for staff or extended family.

The infinity pool terrace is the natural heart of outdoor life here, oriented to capture the sunset over the Chianti hills. Formal gardens give way to the working landscape beyond — approximately 1.8 hectares of Sangiovese and Merlot vines, and a further 1.4 hectares of certified organic olive trees.
