Rouchelli curates villas and hotels in Italy. Partners is the room around them.
Rouchelli does not own houses. It selects them, writes about them without giving away the name, and matches travellers to owners. That is rouchelli.com.
Owners asked who else could sell their house. Agents asked which houses they could sell. Photographers asked who needed pictures. Same desk every time, so the desk became a platform.
It is in beta. Applications are read by hand, terms are agreed per house and per brief. Run by Rouchelli, operated by Ferdasco Studio, the Netherlands.
