To join: Free. No listing fee.
Commission: 10 to 20% of the confirmed booking, set per house and invoiced once, at confirmation. Nothing on a stay that does not happen.
The agent: Paid out of Rouchelli's commission. Never a second invoice to you.
A shoot: 12% on top of the creator's fee, paid by the owner, at least €95. The creator keeps 100% of the fee. A stay for content is free in your first year.
Rights: Per brief, in writing

These are Rouchelli's terms. The exact commission on a house, within the range, is set at confirmation and written into the agreement before the first booking. Nothing is added after the work.
