Pink stone farmhouse near Porto Selvaggio
Nardò, Puglia
A rose-pink farmhouse set within four hectares of Salento countryside, a few minutes from the pine forests, cliffs and crystal-clear coves of the Porto Selvaggio nature reserve. An old rural house, restored with a light hand, it keeps its original architecture while opening quietly to the landscape through patios and shaded terraces that carry life outdoors from morning to evening.
Inside, the mood is calm and elemental. Vaulted ceilings, mineral plasterwork and a continuous cocciopesto floor, a traditional Italian finish, run through the rooms, while two colours, soft pink and deep blue, thread through the house and catch the light. Around one hundred and sixty square metres of living space hold three bedrooms for up to seven guests, three and a half bathrooms, a fireplace living room, an indoor kitchen and a separate summer kitchen for long lunches in the open air.
