Owners on Rouchelli ask for photography and film that sells a house. The Academy teaches exactly that, in short lessons, in English with Italian subtitles, and ends with a real assignment at a house you find yourself.
Pass, and you are certified: owners see certified creators when they look for one. The best of each cohort get a first Rouchelli shoot. The Academy promises the education and a place in the pool if you pass. It does not promise work.

- The course
8 short lessons of fifteen to twenty-five minutes over 6 weeks, then the final assignment at a house near you.
Wouter and the desk write and present the lessons; a teaching professional from the pool assesses the final assignment with them.

One line on your card in the pool, "Rouchelli Academy certified", with the date. Owners filter on certified creators; that filter is on by default.
